01Scope
These terms cover the Lumina Source website, member features, courses and shop operated by Lumina Source Smart Industries Co., Ltd. The confirmed quotation or agreement governs each design project’s scope, delivery, license and schedule. Please read these terms, our privacy policy and returns/refund policy before using the service or ordering.
02Accounts and membership
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others or share paid access. Contact us promptly about unauthorized access. Minors need their legal representative’s consent to use paid services. Stone is the starter character; Lubi unlocks at LV5 and Lumi at LV10.
03Orders, prices and payment
Pay the currency and total confirmed at checkout. Any revised quotation for a design service is confirmed separately. Follow the order’s bank, network or QR instructions and submit payment details. Reporting a transfer is not payment verification; applicable access and invoice information follow verification. Check the amount, recipient and crypto network before transferring.
04Courses, materials and licensing
Unlocked courses remain accessible through the purchasing account according to their published service description. Unless a product or separate license permits it, courses, characters, artwork, text and assets may not be resold, publicly redistributed or used to share paid access. Third-party skill packs, open-source tools and external content retain their original licenses; saving them does not change those terms.
05Points and fair use
Points and experience are separate. Experience determines rank and cannot pay for orders. Available gift points and redemption limits are shown at checkout; gift points are not cash or stored-value funds. Do not obtain benefits through duplicate accounts, artificial activity, exploits or false payment reports. Suspected abuse is reviewed, and you may contact support about the outcome.
06Service changes and disputes
Maintenance, external outages or security incidents may interrupt service. We address issues within our control. Changes do not remove statutory rights; inability to fulfill a purchase is handled under applicable law and our refund policy. Contact hello@lumina-source.com or order support first. Taiwan law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights in your location.
07Scope, revisions and delivery
Deliverables, specifications, included revisions, schedule and fees follow the confirmed order or quotation. Additional work requires agreement on extra fees and timing before it begins. Clients must provide necessary materials, permissions and consolidated feedback on time. Delays or changed requirements may require a mutually agreed schedule adjustment; the original scope does not include unlimited revisions. Unless agreed otherwise, drafts, unused proposals, working files and internal production methods are not deliverables.
08Rights in supplied materials and deliverables
You must hold the necessary rights in supplied text, marks, likenesses, images and other materials, and authorize their use as needed to fulfill the project. Ownership of your materials is not transferred to us. Usage, adaptations, source files and commercial licensing for deliverables follow the individual agreement; payment does not automatically transfer every unagreed right. Third-party fonts, software, models and assets may require separate licenses or fees. You remain responsible under law for infringement attributable to materials you were not entitled to supply; our own fault is not shifted to you.
09Content purpose and external tools
Courses and knowledge articles provide general education, not individualized investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and do not guarantee income, employment or business results. Third-party platforms, AI models, GitHub projects and external links may change, charge fees, close or change licensing. Their subscriptions are not included unless agreed. We address our own content and delivery obligations but cannot promise control over external providers. Review AI outputs for accuracy and necessary rights before use.
10Misuse and responsibility
Do not resell accounts, bypass paid access, bulk-extract protected content, spread malicious code or disrupt the service. Where a concrete security or infringement risk exists, we may impose necessary, proportionate restrictions and, where practicable, explain the reason and provide a way to appeal. Termination and fees for unperformed services follow applicable law and the individual agreement. Liability depends on fault, causation and applicable law. We do not exclude liability in advance for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or remove statutory consumer remedies.
11Versions and written records
You can open and review the full terms before actively checking agreement at registration. We record the version, time and account as one record of agreement; this does not waive statutory review rights. Existing orders keep the terms agreed when made and are not retroactively changed by later updates. Material membership changes will be appropriately notified, with separate consent where required. If one provision is invalid, independently effective provisions continue; no unilateral final-interpretation claim overrides law or an express agreement.
