01Who handles your data
Lumina Source is operated by Lumina Source Smart Industries Co., Ltd. (Taiwan tax ID 93533570), registered at 2F., No. 86, Fude N. Rd., Sanchong Dist., New Taipei City, Taiwan. This policy covers visitors, members and customers. Contact: hello@lumina-source.com.
02Information we process
This includes your display name, email, phone, company and optional billing details; orders, payment reports, verification and support messages; and your character, saved items, course progress, check-ins, points and experience. Third-party sign-in supplies the account identifier and basic information you authorize, not your third-party password. Technical records may include IP addresses, necessary device and error logs, referral and campaign parameters, and active browsing while signed in.
03Purposes and your choices
We use data to create and verify accounts, fulfill orders, unlock courses, issue invoices, send essential notices, provide support, protect the service and understand usage to improve it. Missing required information may prevent sign-in or fulfillment. Optional contact and billing details are your choice. Where consent is required for marketing, we obtain it separately and provide a way to opt out.
04Cookies and local storage
Necessary cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers language, cart, reading progress and preferences. You may clear or restrict storage in your browser, which may require signing in again or resetting preferences. External websites, payment providers and embedded content have their own privacy policies.
05Sharing, processing locations and safeguards
We share necessary data with hosting, account/database and email processors, the banking or payment services used for your payment, and parties needed for lawful accounting, dispute resolution or official requests. Data may be processed in Taiwan and countries where our providers operate. Access controls, authentication and encrypted transport help protect information and limit its use.
06Retention and your rights
We retain information for service delivery, required accounting and dispute handling, and delete it or stop processing when no lawful reason remains. Email us to request access, a copy, correction, restriction of collection/processing/use or deletion. We may verify your identity and respond as required by law. Legally retained transaction records are not immediately erased by account deletion or hiding an order.
07Policy updates
Changes are dated on this page. If a changed purpose requires new consent, we will notify you and obtain it separately.
08Necessary records and processors
To address account misuse and payment or licensing disputes, we retain necessary agreement versions/timestamps, authentication and transaction records for fulfillment, security, accounting and legal needs. Processors should handle information only as necessary to provide their services, and lawful disclosures are limited to what is needed. Submit payment details through the order workflow rather than public comments.
09Requests and lawful retention
We may request proportionate proof of identity or authority to avoid disclosing data to the wrong person; we do not request your password or one-time code. If invoices, payments, contracts or dispute records must legally be retained, we explain the scope and reason and restrict use to that purpose. Essential service notices are separate from marketing subscriptions; declining marketing does not affect purchased services.
