One core. Five answers.
BeNour is a follicle-management brand built by a nutrition house, not a beauty house. The science was already sound — one daily core, five situational modules — but on shelf the range read as five unrelated supplements. The brief was to make that architecture legible before a single word is read.
We resolved the range into three design lines and one gradient language. Every product carries a three-letter code, a two-word Chinese name and one accent colour taken from its own mechanism — jade for the stress reset, sand blue for long-term repair, restrained amber for hormonal rebalance, deep sea for the omega line, iridescent pink for the bonus. Read together they form a spectrum; read alone, each box still names its own problem.
The system was carried all the way to production: five carton structures, one sachet format, artwork built onto the converter's own cutting plans.

Naming
Three letters that say what it does.
Each code is the initials of its complex, not an arbitrary SKU. The Chinese name carries the feeling; the code carries the mechanism; the colour carries both.

Brand base stays constant — forest green, amber gold, warm cream, onyx. Only the accent moves, and it moves with the mechanism, not with the marketing.

On shelf
The architecture has to survive the shelf.
Four display studies: tiered, cased, stacked and scattered. The test is simple — from two metres away, can you still tell there is a system?
The range photograph does the work a shelf cannot: it shows that the five colours were tuned against each other, not chosen one at a time.
Design to print
Flat, folded, cut.
Artwork was built directly onto the converter's cutting plans, so the gradient lands where the fold does. A gradient that drifts half a millimetre at the crease is a gradient that failed.
